If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 30 days of its shipment date and we will credit you for the entire amount of your order less the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.

The following exceptions to this policy apply:

1. Items that have been used and cannot be resold as new
2. Items that are special ordered cannot be returned or exchanged
3. Laundered (washed) garments and cannot be returned or exchanged
4. CDs & DVDs can be returned only if they are unopened and unused and the factory-seal and shrink-wrap is unbroken (unless the item is defective or damaged);

 We do not require a "return authorization," but you may wish to contact us if you have any questions about a return or exchange. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value and obtain a package tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange.

Sales tax

All orders shipped to addresses within the state of Connecticut will be charged 6.35% sales tax.

Warranty Service

Defective and broken merchandise is warrantied through the original manufacturer.  All warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer. If you would like assistance with this please contact us.

 Upcountry Sportfishing Price Match and Price Guarantee Policy

We understand that price is an important factor to our customers, and we want our customers to be confident they can find the best prices while shopping at Upcountry Sportfishing. We will match the total online or in-store price of any major domestic competitor on identical new item(s). In addition, if you buy from us, and within 30 days you find the same item at a lower price on our site or on a competitor’s site, we will issue you a store credit for the price difference.

Please include a website link to the product, or a verifiable copy of the competitor’s printed ad with the store name, sale dates, price and model number of item.

Policy Terms

Our price match and price guarantee policies are subject to the following conditions:

1. For online price matches, we must be able to locate the competitor’s item online.
2. For in-store price matches, you must email the competitor’s advertisement to us, which shows the store name, store address, product, price, and sale dates.
3. The competitor’s item must be new and available for immediate shipment.
4. Online prices will be matched only from established retail companies that are open to the public, have a physical address, and have customer service telephone support. Although Amazon does not meet these requirements, we will match the price of products sold directly by Amazon.
5. When calculating the total price, if the competitor assesses a shipping charge, we will match the competitor’s price of the item plus their shipping charge. We do not count free shipping of competitors if you must pay a fee to get free shipping (e.g., Amazon Prime).
6. The same rules, restrictions, limitations or exclusions of the competitor’s offer will apply to any price match or price guarantee.
7. We do not match prices for sellers where a membership fee must be paid to receive the discounted price (e.g., Sam’s Club or Costco).
8. We will only price match sellers who are physically located in the United States.
9. We will only price match sellers which own and operate the web site where the product is offered. We do not match the prices of “marketplace” or auction sellers.
10. We reserve the right to limit the number of items that are price matched or price guaranteed.
11. This offer applies only to orders shipped within the 50 states of the United States.
12. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or coupon.
13. This offer is limited to individual retail customers only, and does not apply to resellers.
14. We will not price match or guarantee items offered for sale Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving, bonus or free offers, bundled offers, rebates, special financing offers, coupons, closeouts, clearance items, inventory reductions, special buys, samples, or discontinued or reconditioned items.
15. We will not price match items where the item being sold contains a pricing or typographical error.
16. We reserve the right to decline to price match or price guarantee on a particular product.
